first congrats on moving up! 2bi's isn't something to get too discouraged about, and this can only be really bad if it affects your mindset and hurts your game. I disagree with just ignoring getting 3b light because regs at 10nl arent 5/3 nits and have some idea of preflop play. Some examples of adjustments you can make when you're feeling like a reg is 3betting u a lot is tighten up your opening range, make your open raise size smaller, possibly 4betting a polarized or wide value range (should have a better idea of how opponent is playing first). There are other things you can do, but these are just some simple adjustments you can think about. Aside from dealing with regs, your money is still coming from retarded fish, and you shouldn't really have a problem if you focus on finding and getting into spots against them.
