New Hold-Em game advice

How is it goin guys? Do most people on this play cash and MTTs? Or would you play any other games?

I am just playin some 6max turbo sit n gos wanting to mix up my selection of games a little bit and wondering what the variance is like with them? How many BI do I need to play them? Or if I am used to playing 9max tables should I consider some 9max sit n gos rather than 6max?
