If he is lose he might have KQ/AQ, and bet and called the flop with air. Without any reads I would not assume that though. If he is a maniac he might have anything between 72- AA and there is no point doing anything but shoving. Though you might need some reads or stats on this guy to make a profitable decision I would usually fold here if I did not have any.
We have a read that the guy is a maniac which really fits the line he takes post flop. Anyone who posts UTG+1 and minraises, then minraises the next hand and takes this line is liable to show up with anything. So your UTG range is way too tight, your flop range in hilariously tight and your turn range is wrong.
