    Default NL25 commitment threshold question

Now in this hand according to commitment threshold of the CO player is my line good for putting him all in on the turn? Or should I have re evaluated the turn?

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP1 ($4.25)
    MP2 ($15.40)
    CO ($16.35)
    Button ($25.95)
    SB ($21.90)
    Hero (BB) ($25)
    UTG ($15)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, Q
3 folds, CO calls $0.25, 1 fold, SB calls $0.15, Hero bets $1.50, CO calls $1.50, SB calls $1.50

    Flop: ($5.25) 2, 6, 10 (3 players)
SB bets $0.25, Hero raises $5, CO calls $5, 1 fold

    Turn: ($15.50) 10 (2 players)
    Hero bets $9.75, CO calls $9.60 (All-In)

    River: ($34.70) 4 (2 players, 1 all-in)

I probably raise smaller on the flop. You wanna keep in like 77,88,99 etc. not get hands like that to fold. The overcaller basically says he has top pair or better depsite the fact that he's clearly a donk. What else is he calling on this flop.
