What limits do you play at? (i.e. $10/$20 & $30/$60 it would mean a more than $2/$4 & $3/$6 or lower)
On-line, there are often players coming and going. So, trying to build an image to help your win rate later on is tough on-line. Many come and go, and many others don't pay close enough of attention.
Most of your winrate is going to come from solid play against weaker opponents (regardless of your table image). Your image may add some value. But especially on line, I don't think it is worth significant consideration.
Make semi-bluffs when they are, in general, the correct play. Not because you fell you have a tight table image. More often than not, people haven't noticed your table image.
