Basically what this means is that out of 10500 hands you are ________ %%% of the time. So VPIP is voluntarily put into pot or something along those lines ie. calling/raising (anything but folding or checking the blinds). This means you are voluntarily putting your money into the pot 26.64% of the time which is ~27,972/105000. This applies for all the stats you gave us.
