Ive never played any PL tables but Im not sure this is completely true. At the higher levels, yes, there will probably be a bigger concentration of better, thinking players; however, at the lower stakes I really think its the opposite and most dont really know what they are doing at all. I remember Pelion telling me that he found the $25pl tables to be noticeably softer than the $25nl tables. Its kind of like how in any given Omaha SNG you can expect somebody entered it thinking it was holdem and freaked out when they got more than two cards, and then most of the others are trying something new.
