Last night I was in a live MTT, I was delt AA about the 4th hand. I raised big pre-flop and had 3 callers. The flop came with all unders, no pair, but 3 to a suit. I didn't have that suit so I raised bigger. I tried to fit my raise that a flush draw would fold, but a made flush would re-raise. I only got 2 callers, no re-raisers. The turn brought 4 to a suit. I checked, 1 guy went all-in and I folded. I was kinda upset. I hope that guy had AK and mad the nut flush.I played for a while longer and won a few more pots. Getting almost up to where I started.

I was delt AA again. I raised big pre-flop again. The flop came 3 7 T rainbow. The pot was a good size, and I was still a little mad about my previous AA. I went all-in to take it down. Everyone folded, then the last person called! He had 97o. He caught another 7 on the river. ARRRRRG!

He's so stupid. I can't believe I paid him with that.

Needless to say, I was on a pretty heavy tilt. I left and went home. I forced myself not to go online and play poker. I watched TV and went to bed.

That's how I avoid tilt, I stay away from the game for a while. It usually doesn't take that long.
