HU is tough to analyze based on stats/reads alone, the game flow at a given point in time really affects the ranges. That being said, I think your ranges are definitely too narrow for him on the turn. Even with all the action, he could have two pair or even a couple of combos of AK.
Considering how deep you are, you definitely cannot fold. There is a good chance that you have the best hand right now, and you have 10 outs if he has the straight. If you are absolutely sure that he has the straight, then call and reevaluate on the river. If you think he calls a shove with enough sets+2pair+AK to give you >50% equity, then do it.
Also -- 3bet preflop. No sense getting into a pot OOP with an SPR of 45.
