Since he plays draws aggressively, and junk from all positions, it’s most likely that he’s on some sort of FD with something between Kx Ax and low ’s. With his stats, and the nice pot odds, I’d call because it could be a complete bluff. If he’s been lucky enough to hit 2 pr on the turn or sucks out the FD, then so be it.
