On the flop i feel like the difference between cbetting and not is negligible. Those are two pretty tight players playing against your UTG raise and there's not much you're getting called by if you cbet.

I really like the way you played this. I confident the river is a call, although he may be goofing around and this could be some oddly played set or AJ, it really looks like KQ and there's a small possibility it's AA. You would have to be 51% confident that this is not KQ or AA for you to shove here, but even thats assuming that he has something you will extract value from (he could fold AJ or a low set, who knows).
