Is my thought process ok on this hand, or am I way off? Villain was 80/35 over 41 hands. He seemed to call a lot of raises with mediocre hands.

Pre-flop: After his weak 3-bet, I thought he could have a hand like AK, AQ, or maybe a bigger pair than Ts.

Flop: I just flat called the flop bet for two reasons, to keep the pot small, and to see what he did on the turn. This bet also looked a little weak.

Turn: When he checked the turn, I eliminated the bigger pairs from his range. After I bet and he just called, I thought he could have AK or AQ, with the A of hearts.

River: When the river was a blank, and he shoved, I had to think for a while, but trusted my instincts and called.

Is this a good way to play this hand, or should I do anything differently? If an A, K, Q, or J had come on the turn or river, my decision would have been much trickier, but I thought a flop raise would either fold out hands like AK and AQ, or I would get re-raised with higher pairs.
