Though if you play better without a HUD or at a site where other players cant use one, by all means don't use one. Don't be hating on those who do, though.
i think it is great if you can play your A game while keeping track of things like VP$IP and PFR by yourself, but i could never imagine being able to do this acuratly while playing more than 2 tables. IMO, playing 3+ tables there is just no way you can do as good of a job at this as a HUD does. When i play at work i dont use a hud, and while i have a decent idea of what the regulars are doing, i dont have a very good feel for the shortstacks and people i havent played much with.
