Downswing continues, Played 5 ITM 1 loss $20.
Played some poor poker. Played really badly in a $12 180 man and in the $3 qualifier to sunday warm up. Need to get a grip of myself when loosing, starting to play scared and becoming reckless as a result.
Will concentrate on $2 and $3 SNG's until BR back up to $350, but playing the way i am at the moment that could be some time.

Still not making the most of opportunites, went out 14 in a 90 man (top 12 paid) missed a good opportunity with 25 people to go. should have pushed in CO. (AK) but just called pre flop lost a fifth of stack and allowed people in behind. not smart.
