I just reread your post. For some reason I was thinking you were trying to make 20k by the start of 2006. By the end of 2006 is completely possible (I take back everything I said about it being too ambitious). Study up on your game and you will get there. I'm making $25k next year.

I support the use of subgoals, and use them myself. Typically even with the relatively short term goals I've stated on the site, I break it down in my personal records to weekly goals/winnings, though I don't let myself get hung up on it if I'm not 100% on track.
