Anyone having trouble with their Operation Avatar

I tried to start one of the operation type icons/avatars, whatever you want to call it, and keep getting database error when I try to set it up... anyone else having trouble?

Send me a PM outlining your problem... I'll see if I can fix it. It looks fine at this point.

Alright... I took a look at it, and I think I had a wrong file in place. Check it out again, gentlemen.

If it's still giving you issues, can you let me know some more details? At what point are you getting errors?

I'm still troubleshooting this new version.
