Going to call it a day and get some much needed sleep. Hopefully get a bit of time in playing before work as I'm playing squash tomorrow which breaks the day up a bit more awkwardly.

Turns out my shoulder is pretty fucked from work, from my seat being too small for me, sorted that out and going to give it time to rest which will hopefully be good enough to start training before the end of the week. Then I can get back to my pullup training, might eventually be able to do 1
