100 Hours - Explained lower down
No Drinking - Drank on two days, first day of the season and a friend had a party as he'd finished his exams.
On 61.25 hours currently, aim is to hit 75.
Fitness has also been going ok, definitely stronger than I was when I started but cardio has taken a hit past couple of weeks as my toe is fucked which means I can't really play squash.
After some run bad/play shit at 10nl zoom (doubt I'm winning here tbh) dropped back down to 5nlz and carried on playing shit. Mixing in some regular tables now though and all is going well, also running really well in sunday storm sats so that is always nice.
Will post results & graphs at the end of the month.
