Why? You're up for 3.5 hours, then you take a 20-30 minute nap. He said he could push the limits of his nap to 6-7 hours, but after that he felt like he was crashing. Caffeine helps disrupt the cycle so if you need to miss a nap for an 8+ hour period, just have a cup of coffee and its good to go, the only downside to that is you have to take a longer nap later, but since everyone else in the world is sleeping then anyways, its not so bad. Not saying you should do it obv, just think its pretty cool and something I might try some day.
