RE: playing without a HUD -- I think it's fine to default to ABC tagg poker. That's what I try to do when I'm tired/drunk/etc... I still maintain that a HUD is more +EV than no HUD because you can profitably make more slim-value plays with reads. Bluff NITs more, call/slowplay laggs with wider ranges, double-barrel taggs that seem to float light, blind defend positionally aware taggs etc..
But drew plays a billion 200NL tables with no HUD for a pretty damn good winrate, so maybe they're overrated... I feel naked without them. Like I'm going into a swordfight with a blindfold.
So you still on FT + a little party on the side? I just bailed on party & play ongame during the day, & FT at night when ongame dies.
