Week 2 Update:

So week 2 was extremely lame money wise, but it was necessary. It really taught me the need of having mental control when playing poker. It taught me that poker really is a long term game and the only way to make more money is to play more hands. Sure you could run HOT at 30 bb/100 your first 500 hands, but you can also run -20 bb/100 over the next 2k. I really appreciate the replies I had from everyone when I was running like shit and I am glad that I made is through the week:

I know I ran really bad at my first shot at 50nl, so bad to the point where it made me go crazy and want to quit all together. Losing $232 over 500 hands is nothing to some, but to me it was painful. Not only painful money wise, but because I made $405 my first week it made it seem like everything I did, all the time I put in, was going to waste. Long story short - I learned a lot.

Here is my graph over the first 2 weeks of Dec:

Now keep going up!! Tomorrow I will be gone all day out of town but Saturday is a clean slate and a new start!
