Well page 2 now. Here are some stats since starting to keep track of everything:

So definitely not happy so far but it's only 65 tournaments, which is a very small sample. I lost 20% of my bankroll in September over 45 tournaments, but that includes playing a bit higher than I should have. I'm focusing right now on tournaments between $11 - $35, and maybe one $55 per week.
I trimmed two of my latest deep finishes and reviewed them, and posted one for review in the mtt forum. I think I spotted a lot of leaks and hope I can get some decent feedback. I'll also post a few hands from them as well, I pretty much imploded when I had the chip lead of a 6-max tourn. 13 left, I'm in 1st and I finished 12th . But it happens.
Tournaments are so frustrating because if you make one mistake late, you're screwed. Then I have to sit and think about how long it might be before I get that deep again. But with making the mistakes comes the learning. I don't know why, but I enjoy the torture. I enjoy the feeling of making it deep in an mtt with the chance at a good score. I don't get the same rush or excitement when playing cash, it kind of bores me. Nothing beats the feeling of making a final table (it will come soon!)
I know I'm not a great player by any stretch, but I know I have a decent enough game to make a run at this, learn, and eventually achieve my goals. I told myself in September that I would make a final table by the end of October, so that's my goal that I'm focusing on right now. I will make a final table before Halloween!
