    i moved this thread here and plan to start updating. probably rarely about poquer but w/e.

    one thing i've never been good at ever is forming good habits. i've never been able to stick to something day in and day out. my life is so chaotic, i go through weeks where i sleep from 10pm until 6am then weeks where i sleep from 10am until 6pm. my diet is horrible and my exercise is non existent. i'm rambling, if you read this thread get used to it.

    but, i know i can change. it just takes, something. something like getting off my fucking ass and doing it. do you know how many times i thought about starting to exercise and working out? so retarded. it's like that saying, knowledge is nothing without action. or maybe that's not a saying but still, it's true.

    but anyway, i want to start trying to form habits. i thought a good idea would be to start small. anything i start doing daily would help. so i will update this thread, every day, with at least a paragraph of randomness. most of the time it will be mindless clutter, maybe sometimes it will be neat, maybe rarely it will be filled with greatness.

    so that concludes intro to habit forming 101. happy 11/11.
