If we can make it to the shower, then yeah we will wake up. But it's far easier to go back to the bed than to go into the shower This is our problem in the first place!!
haha +1. i've done the alarm across the room many times. i just get up, turn it off, and go back to bed. now maybe if the alarm was in the bathroom!

ya a big problem is not 'having' to get up really. i won't be late for work so that's not an issue. let's face it, we're just lazy! and yeah... 30 days sounds sooooooo long.

mark, i know exactly the article you're talking about. something about training your subconscious to get up with your alarm goes off.. seemed kind of weird to me but never put it into practice. something like - set your alarm and pretend you are waking up for the day. get up, turn your alarm off and walk to the bathroom or whatever you do first. and do this for a few times each day to train yourself to automatically get up when it goes off in the morning. doesn't factor in my 'fuck this i wanna sleep' attitude in pretend land though.
