May I suggest playing shorter/fewer sessions? Since this sick variance just seems to be compounding itself it must be alot to take in all at once and may end up leaving your confidence damaged for longer than you could possibly prevent through means of changing something about your playing habits. I think your idea of spending some time studying your opponents will definately be a huge help in turning things around once all the coolers have leveled out.
Another thing, don't use the word busto when speaking about yourself, you won't go busto if you stick with bankroll management, you're a winning player. It's just a negative way to think and is unecessary/unproductive. You're way better than that, you've proven yourself to be a successul player.
I'm just a small stakes player so I can't relate to the swings of higher stakes, nor the pressure. If you didn't get anything from my post I still wish you the best of luck man and I hope things turn around for you.
