just to ask the mind numbingly obvious , did you update to the latest HEM 1 and or are you using the HEM2 trial. you get a month to trial it but theres posts on the support forums saying that it you need extra time to decide to buy (discounted for HEM1 users) to contact them and they'll extend the trial.
Once you buy , your HEM1 licence will expire 6 months later
I had tried to fire up HEM before I started playing just to take a trip down memory lane and I kept getting some errors, so I updated my HEM just to get it to work. This is HEM 1. I'm not at home and can't remember the exact version but I want to say 1.12 or something perhaps. So, I assume I have the latest version, but I'm going to verify next time I'm in front of my computer just to make sure.
