4b/folding too much is a sick sick leak
I just noticed that when you push regs around at NL100 they will start to 4b you small, but when they call a shove they have JJ+,AK anyway

so if they're 4bing me and planning to fold most of their hands, my shove has a very nice price
let's say I have A2o, I 3b their $3.5 open to $10.5
they say "oh you're 3bing IP, I 4b to combat it!" and make it $26
now if I shove I'm putting $89.5 into the pot to win $200
I will win it 25% of the time so I expect $50 return on my investment when I get called
so I'm losing $39.5 every time I attempt my bluff
but they're losing $22.5 every time they attempt their 4b bluff!

but the best hand would be something like 44
I have 35% equity against their range, which means I only lose 19.5 on my bluff! since I gain 26 every time they fold, I can live with getting called 65% of the time!

so make sure to call a 5b shove no less than 60% of the time you 4b (from an opponent who can 5b bluff) which means you should be bluffing 40% or less
