Learn poker and profit

I have been playing poker for nearly two years and i suck...I had lots of aspirations of making a ton of money and moving up in limits in record time....but it didnt happen because i was unwilling to do the work required...so from now on my goal is to grind a roll slowly and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to move up...I have a BR of $180 and will play 4 nl till i hit $250 and then move up to 10nl..hopefully with the help of the forum users and posting hands i can make this a successful operation.....cheers
