This is key for all poker, but especially MTTs and SNGs which have higher variance than cash games. If you can control your mentality and literally not care about beats it'll help you so much. Not everyone can do it so it gives you a big advantage if you can, especially at the micros.

The best way I found to train myself was to not think about results or bankroll but just about your expected $ per game. A 20% ROI before rake in a $1+0.1 SNG is 20c a game - 10c for rake = 10c profit per game. Then you just play as many as you can as well as you can knowing that in the infinite run you're guaranteed 10c*no. of games played
