Tax is niche and not something I know much about. I do find it ludicrous though when the UK media give anybody a hard time for trying to limit their tax burden.

I'd be pissed if I was rich enough to pay a lot of money for professional financial advisors too, only for me to then be liable for the penalty. I believe all advisors accept no liability for essentially a fundamental failing in their own work, which isn't good enough.
