    Default Moving up

Hey all this is Senguin. Been playing poker for over a year, very small stakes and just for fun. But now i'm trying to move up and make something of this. and i want some advice and accountability in my playing.

    Here's what i'm doing: (around 2 hours a day)
Playing full tilt ring games, following some strict bankroll management guidelines. Right now it's something like 25 buy ins before i make a go at it. Right now i'm at around $125 in my account so i'm playing 5NL. I try to play around 200 hands a day.

Playing PS sng's. Here my bank roll is right at $50, so i'm playing the 1.20 9sng. I try to play 3 of these a day at least.

What are some reasonable goals i can set for myself?

I'd treat my rolls on different sites as part of one big whole as long as I can easily transfer money between sites
but if you're not comfortable with SNGs you should play lower obv

As i'm starting my operation officially i have been reading a lot of the forums and have a few questions.

    1. What do you think of Rakeback? If i'm on full tilt and pokerstars without it, should i move to other sites with it?

    2. How do you move your money between sites easily?

    3. Do you all play on one site solely? I have about 5 accounts with money in it. Is that a bad idea?

    1. you need RB for FTP to play there or it's not worth it
microstakes on stars is also not worth it, but you can play there until you earn enough money to clear a bonus at another site like cake
    2. cash out from one site and deposit into another
    3. I play on FTP (with RB) and stars (with reload bonuses)

I opened up two new accounts with rakeback and have started there. One was Absolute Poker and the other was Walker (Any thoughts on those sites?)

I don't suppose there is a way to get rakeback once your account is already open?
