Hey Suit! Like your OP. You seem to be brutally honest with yourself, which is the only way anyone can improve. As you gain experience you will not only see progress in your game play, but your mental approach to the game as well. I will track your poker journey.
Now for my $0.02. I think you you should focus more on ring games and only play S&G / MTT occassionally. The luck factor is very high in tourney style of play. And IMO, one learns more about hold em from cash games than they do tourneys. In cash games you can sit and wait for big hands and favorable situations to take advantage of. Nutcamping is obvious but microstake play is so bad opponents will still pay you off. Microstake tournaments are the very definition of donkament so I don't think there is that much you can learn from them, with the play being so awful and all.
