Well... today I have been alot more disciplined with laying down unimproved big hands when I'm sure I'm beat, also looking more at pot odds on the river to determine whether or not I am making a good decision to call based on my estimation of the %age of the time I am beat and I can honestly say the difference is hugely noticable.

OK, so this could be due to slightly more +ve variance but my AA and KK winrate today is approximately 40% so I dont really think that variance is a big factor in the improvement.

One thing I'm really pleased about is that I lost an entire buyin to a complete fish running 90/2/0.5.... no you didn't read that wrong 90/2/0.5!!!! The reaon I am pleased is because usually this would throw me off my game entirely but today I just thought to myself - re-load, adjust to the opposition, and start again. Within 60 hands I was back up to -0.5BB on the table, the fish busted out, and I left with a great sense of acheivement.

Most importantly my PT and PO stats are in the green since I started this OP and I feel like I'm really reaping the benefits of taking a more positive and professional approach to my poker.
