As far as the hand goes, A flush is a good portion of his range for sure, but it's also blind vs blind.

Flop needs to be closer to post size or more to drive out the odds for the flush draw, and yes the turn bet needs to be larger, so that if he raises, it's a relatively easy fold. As played, a fold isn't terrible here, but I'd be tempted to call, and check/call a smallish bet from this villian on the river.
