This hand, raise pre to buy the button, deception. The hand is pretty bad so we can easily get away from bad flops. I believe raising (or calling a raise) pre in Omaha is a small mistake at worst. You have to bet that flop to chase out sets/2pair, same with turn, bet size is because of shorty.
River I'm not sure. Either Salsa had a read that button likely had a set (I've done this at 25NL, which may be different). Or the pot is relatively too big to fold so betting is better than calling.
Some of my thoughts are pretty standard poker stuff, if I'm wrong I would like to know.
