Operation: Back to midstakes
Background:
This will be a pretty long text with my poker history so for those who don't want to read it I can sumarize my poker career with a really big rollercoaster for me building my bankroll up from nothing to very big for then getting broke again a few times. Now you can jump down to the Operation part if you'd like to.
I've been playing poker Online now for about three years. It started with small tournaments live with my friends for then starting to first play with play money at MultiPoker for then getting $50 free to play with at PartyPoker. I got really lucky and won a $33 freezeout just the first week playing online with real cash and take down a nice paycheck of $7,350.
With this big win I think I was the king of poker and immediately started playing at the NLHE 5-10 games at PartyPoker. The first day I build up my bankroll to $12,000 for then dropping down to only $5,000. After that I took a step down in levels and only played the NL100 and NL200 games for about 2-3 weeks where I was lucky who didn't loose any money, but I din't make a profit either. Then I decided to withdraw about $3,000 and go down playing NL50 and $11 SnG's which turned out pretty good but I was stupid and withrawed money every month bein' a "balla" so I couldn't climb up in levels again.
At this levels I stayed for like 9 months last year 'til I had some good luck cashing some decent money in MTT's which finally gave me a chance to play NL100 and NL200.
Then I had my worst streak ever which ended with me getting broke in January this year. I had a month without poker to start playing again in February after getting staked with $1,200 at NL50 by a friend of mine.
There I continued my bad streak and after two weeks I was down at only $85. With this money I joined a PLO 2-4 game at iPoker and after two hours I sat with about $1,000 at the table. This was the start of a long and really nice winning streak.
After playing up this $85 to $1,000 at that PL400-game I started playing NL100 as I was tired of NL50. After a couple of weeks and some nice results in as well cashgames and tournaments, and also a $5,000 bonus at Expekt, I had a bankroll of $15,000. This I chopped with my friend at the end of the month leaving me with about $5,500. The good run continued and I won a total of $31,000 in just two months.
After this two months I started my worst bad streak ever. Losing about $6K-$8K. I'm not sure about the exact amount. But with too much cashouts at the same time I was down at just $1,500 in bankroll.
I had a long break after that and two weeks ago I started playing NL100 with this $1.5k bankroll, really stupid I know. I lost down to $500 and started playing lowlimit Sit and Go's and MTT's winning up to about double of that amount, which where I am today.
My total profit is about $30,000 I guess. And I know that I have not been just lucky. I am a winning player and now I gonna start my climb up to the mid-high stakes games again!
Operation back to midstakes:
At this moment my bankroll is at $1089. My main goal is to build it up for the NL200-NL400 games in the nex two-three months. I will have a requirement of 40 full buy-ins (100bb) at NL100 and 50 buy-ins for both NL200 and NL400.
At the beginning my head game will be $11 and $22 six-handed turbo SnG's at iPoker. I will also play a lot of satellites for the Sunday Million at PokerStars, which I will take the T$ from, and MTT's which have a buy-in of $10-$26 in freezeouts and $3-$10 in rebuys, mostly at PokerStars and Full Tilt.
My screen names at the sites which I am playing at right now:
PokerStars: x4D0Wm4ST4h
Full Tilt: dntpushme

If you haven't noticed yet I'm from Sweden so my english is not at the top. If there is something you don't understand from what I'm writing please ask me in a kind way and I will try to explain. :P
If you any suggenstions for how I can make this blog better please put a comment here in this blog and I will try to fix this.
The main reason which I decided to write a blog here is because I am tired of the swedish pokerforums with all the besserwissers and the "swedish jealousy" and I had the oppinion that this seems to be a friendly forum. Which I hope it is.
