Well I've come to recognizing a huge leak that isn't that hard to see when you look at my garphs. I tried to figure out how my non-showdown winnings could be so terrible since my VPIP/PFR stats seem to be ok, and my C-betting also seems to be ok after much review. So I started looking at hands where I did not have the initiative, and realized that I was calling WAY TOO MUCH. I remembered reading this article a while back:
http://www.pokerlistings.com/strateg...edline-article
and this particular part jumped out at me:
"For example: you raise in the cut-off and a tight opponent calls in the big blind. The flop comes:

If you choose to c-bet this, you should be firing a ton of turns and rivers because your opponent will rarely have a big hand.
He's going to be three-betting most overpairs preflop and he's going to be peeling one or more streets with hands like 88, 99, and AT. Of those hands, few if any are going to want to call three streets.
If you fire one or two barrels then give up when he bets the river, you're losing a bunch of money without showdown."
I had a little eureka moment and have been doing things like this as a result:
Villain is 18/13 and I realized he has a medium pair here like always:
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
Hero (UTG) ($51.65)
MP ($25.35)
CO ($32.50)
Button ($44.85)
SB ($28.10)
BB ($25)
Preflop: Hero is UTG with ,
Hero bets $0.75, 3 folds, SB calls $0.65, 1 fold
Flop: ($1.75) , , (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.25, SB calls $1.25
Turn: ($4.25) (2 players)
SB bets $2.50, Hero raises to $8, 1 fold
Total pot: $9.25 | Rake: $0.45
My default for this hand would have been to call his turn donk, and this was a huge reason for my falling redline.
Anyways, played a session today where I decided to implement a "RAISE OR FOLD, NEVER CALL" strategy
I know its extreme since there are clearly situations where calling is the correct play, and I still found myself doing it every now and again when I thought it was the best play, but I tried to make a conscious effort to not be a station.
Here's today's session:

My redline improved, and so did my aggression stats. I ran decent too which is good b/c I haven't been running well lately.
I also decided that I'm going to buy some things from the pokerstars Jan sale, prob the step tix and the $50 bonus. If you haven't seen it here's an FTR thread:
