Thanks for the input Gobbatino, and you're right of course. It'll only be a few days till I play my first hands @ 50NL!

Session from tonight, ran 12.5/10 with 3.2% 3Bet and a surprising 3.43 Agg factor:

Notable hands:

1)Ran good according to HEM thanks to this hand---> A8dd which I ended up shoving all in and getting called by J9dd and 7-2offsuit on 5d-6d-3c
2)77>AA after I flopped a set against nit who can't lay down AA
3) 10-10>AA after Nit min-3Bet me from BB and checked 8-9-3 flop allowing me to check behind and hit my 2 outer on the turn
4)AK > 89 after he called my c-bet on 10-J-5 bringing a beautiful Q turn
5) AK<QQ flip pre
6) 77<JJ on J-7-3
7) JJ<10-9 after I exercised poor betsizing on the turn making a call mandatory on J-Q-2-9-K board
8) I 3Bet/called a 4Bet from Uber Nit with KK and c/f'd Q-7-7 after he shoved

Pretty happy with most of the plays I made, I do need to work on my turn raise sizing though I think I don't bet enough which sucks for so many reasons so will do some review

Here's a hand where I exploited a spewy opponent on the button who obviously doesn't know about Zeebo theorem. If you don't know what Zeebo theorem is:
