the more i think about that hand i abso hate it. I think your ROI would improve in leaps and bounds if you worked on your level 1-3 play.

I'll just take the KQs hand for starters.
Preflopz - You have a top 5% hand. Iso those limpers! Punish them for their K7o calls or Q3s. Fish in SNGS are just all kinds of limp/cally c/folding atrocious. Like 80-90 chips is a good bet here. Yeah you are OOP but your hand is just so dominate compared to all the crap they l/c.

Flop - LEAD! You hit one of the nut best flops for your hand and all kinds of worse will call. TP no club. Gutters with a club that are drawing dead. 2 pairs. The naked Ac. You leave so much value left on the table by not leading here.

As played CRAI! He bet 3x pot and you have the second nuts. He obviously likes his hand and if he has the nuts well it's a cooler. But people make all kinds of awful mistakes here. Like having a bad flush or playing QQ-AA like a tard or a retarded 2 pair. This is a fist pump praise Lee c/shove as played.

Turn. Certainly do not c/f. You have the eff 2nd nuts. Let him blast away with w/e. Again if he has the Ac cooler but based on his flop play I would weight his range away from it. I'm not saying he cannot have it but c/c here for sure and re-evaul the river, most likely c/cing again. the turn c/jam is so much button clicking that like c'mon.

c/c >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>c/jam>>>>>>>>>>>c/f

from what I read in your blog you talk about running bad late with w/e but if you work on your postflop game in the early-mid your ROI will grow drastically and you will be moving up quickly. a lot of sng/tourney friends of mine have talked about not needing postflop and i think nothing could be further from the truth. you are playing a game infested with fish and they will make giant mistakes in every part of the sng. so take advantage.
