Operation: Don't feel like shit all of the time
There are 12 full days of the year left, and one of those is Christmas. I feel like shit all of the time because I eat like shit and don't get any exercise. At the beginning of the year, I'll take on euphoricism in a month-long bet outlined in this thread and I want to crush his fucking soul because of this line: "If you win it'll be by 40 hours tops".
I'll be able to crush his soul much harder if I don't feel like shit all of the time, so I'm going to use the next 12 days to get into a routine of non-poker stuff that will help me in that area. Basically, I want to get in the habit of doing certain things so that I'll be more likely to stay in the habit of doing those things in January. Here are a list of things for me to keep in mind:
[ ] Get out of bed before 8 am
[ ] Daily yoga shit for my back
[ ] I own a treadmill
[ ] Caffeine is bad
[ ] Eating regularly is good
