[x] Get out of bed before 8 am
[ ] Daily yoga shit for my back
[ ] I own a treadmill
[x] Caffeine is bad
[x] Eating regularly is good
For most of the day I had a lot of pain in my upper back up through my neck and the back of my head. It was random but it fucking sucked. All I wanted to do was sleep, but I went to the grocery store in the late afternoon/early evening and while standing in line at the cashier I turned my head to the left a little to glance at the people behind me and my neck popped weird and it was like all that tension was just gone immediately. That was like really weird. Not long after that our power went out randomly, so I only played like an hour and a half yesterday lololol.
