Hey man, I think you answered you own question in your first post. I recently started seeing a muscular-skeletal specialist after going through PT to realign my lumbar and open hip capsules. Adding YOGA and full series of stretching exercises. Mckenzie lumbar support rolls in chair and car. My Chevy has a lumbar support in the seat that I have set to MAX. Caffeine is my last vice besides women so I'm keeping it just in moderation. Sure helps sitting at the computer and really helps at the live table.
