It's very rare for someone to run up that much money and keep it because to run it up that quickly, one must effectively gamble and ignore proper bankroll management. Once a player does that, it's very unlikely IMO that he or she will suddenly start following bankroll management ESPECIALLY when the gamble pays off as it reinforces their decision and confidence and allows bigger expectations to creep in.
Although we all dream about a big score, the truth is that good poker playing is a slow grind. The downswings should be just as slow as the upswings.
