Today wasn't TERRIBLE, I mean I ended down two buyins which happens all the time... but midway through my session I was up SIX. That's one hell of a swing.

Pretty much all my losses were on those hands where you just KNOW you're beat but you've got a pretty good hand, the odds are good, and you feel compelled to call... but still, you cringe as you do it. Seriously, my gut is right way too often. I think I might just start folding in those spots.

Yknow, like you hold KK and a nit 3bets your UTG raise and the flop is all low cards, he bets the flop, you call, and he bets the turn... I'm pretty sure any NL200+ reg would verbally/emotionally abuse me for folding, but it ALWAYS turns out the nit's got AA here. KK was my biggest loser for the day because I was stubborn and called those bets even though my intestines were writhing in agony somewhere between my knees and my ankles. Ugh.
