Okay, some poor play here, let's have a look.

Hand 1: Raise more pre-flop - even with aces you still want isolation, and you definitely want to build a pot. Then, bet less on the flop - such a big overbet may even get hands like QJ to fold, it should certainly push out 99/TT.

When he pushes, you can't fold as his stack is so small (and shorties often push hands like TPWK). Had his stack been 100BBs, what would you have done?

Hand 2: Fold the flop (completing in a passive game is okay I guess). If he's raising you properly on the flop, and giving you bad odds, he'll give you bad odds on the turn too, and may fold if you hit. Your implied odds - and bear in mind you're not even drawing to the 2nd nuts here - simply aren't good enough.

Hand 3: I would seriously consider folding pre-flop here. This is the same guy who raised you in hand 2 - if you have a read that's he's hyper-aggressive then either play back at him - per-flop or on the flop - or just fold pre-flop. You are just about getting odds to call if you know he'll stack off if you set, but if you're purely relying on setting, it's not worth it.
