Just a couple of comments in your hands:

Hand 1: Raise more on PF. This guy is 12/2 and min 3bets, he should have a monster QQ-KK, if you 4bet to $24 he would call or push. If he calls, you can easily push the flop! As played, I play the same, you cannot bet that turn and you have to call the river ...

Hand 2: Hmmm ... normally I would 3bet, but after mixchange post about 3betting I might call also PF (basically, the idea is that you don't want a big pot with AK, except if it's suited, as this hand is a hand where you either loose a big pot or win a small one). On the flop, I would be tempted to call his 3bet ... but I might fold or push (difficult) ... this guy has 100bb ... what was his aggression on the flop?

Hand 3: I would 3bet to around $6 PF. You don't want to see a flop with 2, and you are OOP! Villain might fold his TT. Once villain calls your flop raise, with that flop and Q on the turn I check and would only call a 1/2-1/3 bet.

I remembered something that I wanted to mention to you in the past and I forgotten. My feeling of FT is that it's too solit to play FR there (at least for me). Yeah, they have nice bonuses, but the players are more solid then in other sites (e.g. Prima, Ongame, Everest, ...)
