well woke up to a reload bonus at party this morning so thought I'd take a few days break form FullTilt and go see how party was, with the intention of trying my hand at some 6-max $25NL using Sauce's guidelines.

Managed to play 702 hands for $6.75 @ 1.92 ptBB/100 @ 18/12/2.23 and got 41 points towards the 600 I need for the bonus.

Was fairly interesting playing 6-Max....more stressful, more blinds and less time compared to FullTilt but I think I did ok. Had to make some really thin calls on the river in a few spots and got lucky to either be splitting or have AK vs AQ.

Only had 2 really bad hands, one I ran QQ into KK in a blind battle hit a Q on the flop and then a K on the turn, gg 1 buy-in and then a while later I hit top set on the flop, guy kept calling me down, 3 hit on the river with 3 spades on the board I check called a 1/4 pot bet and he had hit a straight on the river holding 46o but only cost me about 1/2 buy-in so can't really complain.

The game seems fairly soft still, lots of folds to pfr's and a lot of players running stats of 11/9 that I'd expect to see for fr...semi-nice to get a winning session under the belt (though no-where near what I need to be seeing at the moment in terms of results) but I am a little worried about being able to hit the number of hands I need in the next 6 days....need like 5600 more raked hands, will be tight but seems like I'll get a crash course in 6-Max cause no way could I do it with FR. I could cut the number of hands needed by 1/3 if I move up to $50NL but not ready for that yet so have to put in a boatload of hands this weekend I think.
