I agree. I am adding a new rule, if I get down 2 buy-ins I will take a mandatory 10 minute break. Once I come back I will quit for the day if I drop 1 more buy-in... this way 3 buy-ins is my max for a day.

On the other side, if I get 3 buy-ins up I will then play until I am either 4 buy-ins up or dip to 2 buy-ins up. That way I can't blow a full days work with reverse tilt. (playing different because I'm running good) which seems as deadly as the other tilt.
