Hand #1- Villain running 14/14/4.5

This is an obvious shove on the flop right? When he 3bet flop I was pretty sure he had to have a set.. I guess Kx of spades is possible.. what's my equity here? Do I always have to get it all in here? I know I have 0% fold equity. I am pretty sure I know the answer, I just wanted some input.

I feel like I play hand #2 like shit. Villain running 14/9/4.5. My initial thought was to 3bet preflop.. but this guys opening range utg is like kqs+, pp+. Only better is calling my 3bet. I always get in these spots with AQ.. and it always seems to be for a big pot. How do I play this?

I finally got my license to work my real job up here so I have been busy as hell without much time to play.. but I did manage to get in a 2.5k hand session today, played pretty well I think.. got in on the flop as a 4 to 1 favorite or better in 3 pots and lost all 3 (all runner runner drawouts) so ended up down half a buy-in.. so I am very happy with that.
