    Okay I really suck at not forcing myself to get up or stick to a good healthy routine.

    I'm going to take the time now to write up a brief but forcing plan of what I'm going to do tomorrow.


    10:00 - Get the fuck out of bed sharpish and shower, make breakfast etc.

    11:00 - Go for a swim and steam room etc, good for exercise and fun.

    13:00 - Watch a leggo video and think about poker

    14:00-18:00 - Grind with just one half hour break.

    18:00: Dinner

    19:00-20:30: Grind the final session of the day.

    CHILLAX after this, mayube spend time with the g/f or whatever, get to bed by 12:00am latest.

    I'll post the next days plan tomorrow, I will report here to update on whetehr or not I'm sticking to it, which will need me to sign on at 10:30 latest. I will ship $20 to the first person to reply to this thread as of now if I fail.
